My guided meditation session provides a way to more readily achieve the peace of meditation. Your session will include 1 hour with me one every week and I suggest that clients see me once a month to begin with, but once some changes have been implemented and the benefits are being felt this may decrease to once every 2 or 3 months.as we rest our mind out body starts to heal
