We begin the relationship with a comprehensive wellness interview lasting one hour and us having chat about your fitness and wight loss goals and my price and plans to help with your body needs and your.finances to make sure you get best one for you.and a 20 day Holistic Diet Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire that you take home with you. The assessment questionnaire helps us identify symptoms of pain, disease and stress. A 1-2-3-4-hour body assessment and 1hr Fitness workout gym assessment of strength and endurance is used and assessment tool to measure range-of-motion, vision, respiration and upper cervical spine health. Over a four-hour session the combination of the information collected helps to create a program specifically tailored to you.These methods are used only by Master Paul Chek Practitioner level 5 Corrective Exercise Specialists and are scientifically proven, safe and effective and fun!.

There are four phases of training. The length of each phase is dependent upon the athletic ability of each client. Each phase will last between 4-12-8 weeks, until next evaluation to move forward to the next level to get back to peak heath and fitness sports performance. Minimum of 2 sessions per week required for optimal results.
All sessions must be booked up front and payed for in advance unless you’re paying by monthly direct you will need to pay 2 months in advance, for a free tester consultation there will be fee of which You get back as complimentary session added to your session when you book your Package of sessions.
