If you’re not working out regularly. Then this will force the body to go backwards. and not forward.You will feel stronger and fitter. if you start off With two days a week. Then build up to 3 Then, four times. Is optimum. Not five or six. Go to the gym to train and workout. And to be serious. Have a friendly chat at the end of your workout. Or when you’re sitting in the sauna or steam. And put your phone on silent. 6. Workout  one day a week and expecting to get results Is completely idiotic. 

If your training frequency and intensity. is too low You can’t expect big results in six months. But if you’re training minimum four days a week You’ve got an online program or a bad program And nothing seems to be improving it could be the intensity you’re doing and the your workout program. Or maybe you have an underlying health issue.
