INTRODUCTION

For over thirteen years, I have remained silent. I have held my peace. I have kept my counsel. But silence has not been rewarded with fairness. It has been rewarded with obstruction. With exclusion. With lost opportunity.

Today marks what I count as the twenty-second deliberate attempt to silence me — not through reasoned debate, not through legal process in an open court, but through censorship. Through the abuse of reporting systems to remove content that tells the truth about what really happens behind the scenes at the Paul C.H.E.K Institute.

On 25 August 2026, my video exposing the truth about Gavin Jenkins and the Paul C.H.E.K Institute was reported to YouTube and restricted from view in my own country. The accusation made? Defamation.

Let me be absolutely clear: Truth is an absolute defence to defamation under the laws of the United Kingdom. And everything I have said — everything I have documented — is TRUE.

THE BACKGROUND — THIRTEEN YEARS OF SILENCING

I am a Master Level 5 Paul C.H.E.K Practitioner. I qualified after years of study, at great personal cost, dedicating myself to the standards and principles the Institute claimed to represent. But beginning around 2013, something changed.

Over those thirteen years:

• My business leads were deliberately cut off. While others received referrals, inquiries, and support — I received NOTHING.

• False statements were made about me that damaged my professional standing and reputation.

• I paid many thousands of pounds in fees, courses, and licensing — yet the support, directory listing, fair treatment, and opportunity I was entitled to was systematically withdrawn.

• Individual faculty members made threats against me and acted in a threatening and aggressive manner — conduct that amounted to assault.

• I lost income, clients, and professional standing — not through any fault of my own, but through deliberate, coordinated action.

When I finally spoke out, I did not receive a reply. I did not receive an explanation. I received censorship.

THE TWENTY-SECOND ATTACK — WHAT HAPPENED TODAY

On 25 August 2026, I published a video titled “Paul C.H.E.K Institute — Gavin Jenkins: The Big Lie.” In it, I stated facts. Facts about what I experienced. Facts about what was done to me. Facts about what many other practitioners have quietly experienced but been afraid to say.

Within hours — the video was reported to YouTube and restricted. The accusation? “Defamation.”

This is the twenty-second time my content has been targeted, removed, restricted, or reported since I began speaking publicly. Twenty-two separate attempts to silence me.

Let anyone reading this ask: If what I am saying is false — why not sue me in open court? That is the proper, legal, and honourable way to address defamation. If I have lied — take me before a judge. Let the evidence be heard. Let the truth be established.

Instead — what do they do? They hide behind automated reporting systems. They try to make the content disappear. They try to silence the messenger rather than answer the message.

THE LAW — TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENCE

I have filed my formal response with YouTube, citing the law clearly:

Under the Defamation Act 2013, Section 2(1) — it is a COMPLETE DEFENCE to show that the imputation conveyed was substantially true.

Under Section 3 — Honest Opinion is a complete defence, provided the opinion is based on a fact that existed at the time.

Under Common Law — Fair Comment on a matter of public interest is protected speech.

Under the Human Rights Act 1998, Article 10 — freedom of expression is a fundamental right.

Every statement I have made is based on firsthand experience, documented records, communications, and evidence I hold. I do not speak from hearsay. I speak from what I have lived, what I have seen, and what I have on record.

The law says: If you claim defamation — you must prove the statement is FALSE.

The C.H.E.K Institute and Gavin Jenkins have provided zero evidence that anything I have said is false. They have not denied it. They have not answered it. They have simply tried to make it disappear.

THE PATTERN — WHAT THIS REALLY MEANS

Consider the timeline:

• 11 August 2026 — I formally notified the Institute, Gavin Jenkins, Penny Crozier, and Paul Chek in writing of my claim. No proper reply.

• 18 August 2026 — I sent a further detailed demand. No proper reply.

• 25 August 2026 — I sent a formal legal notice naming them personally. Within hours, my video is reported and restricted.

This is the pattern. Answer nothing. Explain nothing. Censor everything.

If Gavin Jenkins is away on holiday until 27 August — who authorised this? Who felt threatened enough to strike within hours of receiving my formal claim? Penny Crozier? Paul Chek? Someone is reading my emails. Someone is worried. Someone knows the truth is dangerous to them.

THE CHOICE — SUE ME OR BE SILENT

I have given YouTube my formal counter-notification. Under YouTube’s own rules and UK law:

The complainant has 10 days to provide proof they have filed a legal action against me.

If they do NOT file legal action within 10 days — the video MUST be restored.

So here is my public challenge to Gavin Jenkins, Penny Crozier, and Paul Chek:

If anything I have said is false — SUE ME.

File it. Serve it. Let us go before a court. Let me produce my evidence. Let me produce my records. Let me produce my communications. Let a judge decide what is true and what is not.

But do not hide behind automated reporting systems. Do not try to silence me while refusing to answer my claims. Do not complain about defamation when you will not step forward and prove I have lied.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO EVERY PRACTITIONER

This is not just about me. This is about every person who has trained, paid thousands of pounds, dedicated years of their life, and then been silenced, excluded, or ignored when things did not add up.

• If you paid for referrals that never came — you are not alone.

• If you spoke up and were punished — you are not alone.

• If you questioned the standards and were silenced — you are not alone.

• If you saw things that did not make sense and were afraid to speak — you are not alone.

The reason they try to silence me is simple: If one person can speak the truth and be heard — others will follow.

CONCLUSION — THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT

Twenty-two attempts to silence me. Twenty-two attempts to hide the truth. And not one single reply to my formal legal claims. Not one denial on record. Not one explanation.

They can restrict my video. They can report my content. They can try to bury what I say. But they cannot make the truth untrue.

The truth remains. The evidence remains. And now — this blog remains. Published on my own website. Where they cannot take it down. Where they cannot restrict it. Where it will remain for every practitioner, every student, every client — to read, to share, and to consider.

Restore the video. Answer the claims. Or step aside — because the truth is coming out, and no amount of censorship will stop it.
