Today formal final notice was delivered to C.H.E.K Institute, C.H.E.K Europe Limited, and Gavin Jennings, CEO. The deadline is Friday 18 September 2026. After that date we proceed directly to court. Everything is exposed. Everything is laid out publicly. Every document, every date, every piece of evidence.

45 Confirmed Attacks Since 2013

Since 2013 there have been 45 confirmed attacks — a sustained pattern stretching over more than a decade. This includes more than 20 separate attempts to remove videos from my channel, every single one based on false claims. Not one has stood up. Not one has been validated.

I also received what appears to be a fake lawyer’s letter sent by Gavin Jennings, supposedly from Pre-Law Solicitors, Lancaster — a company already officially dissolved on 4 August 2026. No proper signature. No Solicitors Regulation Authority number. No valid solicitor. Public records confirm the company was dissolved before the letter was even sent. It was never law. It was intimidation.

There is a revealing detail in all of this: only the new videos have been targeted. The older content remains untouched. Why? Because the new content contains the facts they cannot refute. The new content exposes the timeline, the public records, the corporate filings, and the documented sequence of events. They know it is all verifiable. They know it is all true. So they try to silence it instead of answering it. They are not protecting their reputation. They are hiding from the evidence.
