C.H.E.K INSTITUTE — THE PRICE OF SILENCE JUST WENT UP AGAIN

This morning I sent the updated claim figure to every single person at the C.H.E.K Institute — Gavin Jennings, Penny Crozier, Paul Chek, and the whole team.

The total is now £2,050,000. And it goes up another £50,000 every single week they choose to ignore it.

THEY SAID THEY DIDN’T MAKE THE PHONE CALLS

In their email to me, they stated clearly: “For clarity, the telephone number you referred to is not operated by us.”

But I have photographic evidence, timestamped screenshots, and call records proving those numbers were listed on their website. I have the call. I have the American accent on the answering machine. I have the date and time it happened.

They’re telling me one thing — but the public records, the screenshots, and the evidence tell a completely different story.

THEY SAID THEY’RE TAKING LEGAL ADVICE

They also wrote: “We are referring the matters raised in your correspondence to our legal advisers. Accordingly, we will not enter into any further substantive correspondence with you directly.”

So where is it?

If they’ve got lawyers — why the silence? If they’ve got a defence — why not show it? If they’re getting legal advice — why is Gavin Jennings on “holiday” with no courses running, no communication, and no leadership?

Taking legal advice is one thing. Using it to resolve the issue is another. Silence isn’t a defence. Silence is just an admission that they can’t find one.

EVERY WEEK THEY WAIT — IT COSTS MORE

Week 1 → £2,000,000
This week → £2,050,000
Next week → £2,100,000
The week after → £2,150,000

They think if they wait long enough I’ll go away. They think hiding behind “legal advice” and “I’m on holiday” makes the problem disappear. It doesn’t. It just gets more expensive.

EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED

Every email. Every screenshot. Every phone number. Every public record. All saved in the “C.H.E.K Practitioner Rip-Off” folder — complete, timestamped, and unbreakable.

They can say “we didn’t make the calls.” They can say “we’re getting legal advice.” But they can’t argue with the evidence. And they can’t argue with the numbers.

The price went up today. It goes up again next Tuesday. And I’m not stopping.
