Highly recommended – professional, holistic and deeply insightful
Scott is a rare kind of practitioner, combining deep expertise in posture correction and movement with a genuinely holistic approach that considers physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
I came to him for support with chronic postural imbalances and muscular tension, and left with a much clearer understanding of the root causes, plus a practical path forward. His insights into diet, stress, and lifestyle were equally valuable.
Scott is generous with his knowledge, honest in his guidance, and clearly committed to long-term results. I’m looking forward to working with him again in the future as my circumstances and journey evolve.

I have know Scott for many years and he has been my CHEK personal fitness trainer. I admire his dedication, knowledge and commitment. With his guidance and teaching I have improved my posture, my fitness and gained better muscles definition, without any injuries. I like his holistic approach to fitness. I highly recommend Scott Bryant
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2.Scott Bryant is a kind and genuine holistic health practitioner and nutritional coach. He has extensive education, training and experience in the fields of holistic lifestyle coaching, nutritional coaching, and truly health improving exercise, as opposed to the more conventional personal trainers and nutritionists who follow a fragmented approach which is not fully holistic.
I completed an initial Skype consultation with Scott which lasted for over 1 hours and during this time Scott was able to give me some simple foundational recommendations and suggestions which I could begin implementing into my life straight away, in order to improve my health and reduce the level of stress in my life.
For anyone who is genuinely and truly interested in improving their health, fitness and wellbeing, I recommend that you complete an initial consultation with Scott because he is very thorough, methodical, and follows a truly holistic approach to healthcare and wellbeing.
Essentially, Scott will be able to help you to identify the areas of your diet, lifestyle and fitness regime which needs to be addressed and potentially changed so that you can start experiencing true health.
Most importantly, Scott follows the Paul CHEK approach to health coaching which means that he will show you how to get healthy and fit, and stay healthy for the long term, rather than focusing only on short term “ quick fixes” which usually do not create any sustained improvements and can often lead to additional health challenges in the future.
Thank you Scott for the time and recommendations which you gave to me. I continue to implement them on a daily and weekly basis and they continue to improve my health each week.

“Sustainable fat loss, stronger posture, no crash diets — coaching built for women in Battersea.”
“27+ years helping women in Battersea feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies.”
Many women train hard and eat less — yet see minimal results. That’s because most fitness programs don’t respect the unique needs of the female body. Hormones, recovery, and stress response all influence fat loss, strength, and energy levels.
At Active Bryant Systems, Scott Bryant provides personalised one-to-one training for women in Battersea, combining intelligent strength training, fat loss coaching, and nutrition tailored to female physiology — without calorie counting or extreme diets.
Whether your goal is sustainable fat loss, improved posture, or stronger, more confident movement, every session is designed around your body, lifestyle, and ambitions.
Training is private, strategic, and effective. Real results come from a program that understands how women’s bodies respond — not a scaled-down version of a men’s routine.
🌟 Frequently Asked Questions – Women’s Personal Trainer in Battersea, London
What services does a women’s personal trainer in Battersea offer?
A women’s personal trainer in Battersea specialises in personalised fitness plans, strength training, fat loss, muscle toning, posture correction, and lifestyle coaching — all tailored to female physiology and goals. Expect goal-setting, tailored workouts, nutritional guidance, and accountability every step of the way.
How can a personal trainer help women achieve their fitness goals?
A trainer designs programs based on your goals (lose fat, build strength, improve posture, boost energy, etc.), corrects your form, keeps you motivated, and helps you bypass common pitfalls. In simple terms? You do less guesswork and more smart progress.
Is personal training suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, a women’s personal trainer will start where you are, not where you wish you were. Every plan is personalised and progression is built around you — not some generic “one-size-fits-all” template.
What should I expect during my first session?
Expect a welcome, a quick chat about your goals and history, a movement assessment, and a tailored workout to introduce how training will feel. And yes — you’ll leave knowing exactly what you’re working towards.
How long are personal training sessions?
Most one-to-one sessions in Battersea run between 30–60 minutes, depending on your goals and schedule. We keep things efficient — no running on the treadmill like a confused hamster.
Do you offer online or hybrid training options?
Yes! Many women in and around Battersea choose hybrid plans (in-person + online coaching) for flexibility. You get tailored workouts, check-ins, and support — even from your sofa.
Can personal training help with weight loss and body transformation?
Definitely. A skilled trainer combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and nutrition guidance to help you lose fat sustainably while building lean muscle. This means better shape, better posture — and fewer crash diets.
Is nutrition support included?
Personal trainers often include basic nutrition support and habit coaching. If you want deeper nutritional programming, that can be part of your tailored plan too.
How often should I train to see results?
Most women see noticeable progress with 3–4 sessions per week. But we customise frequency to your lifestyle, recovery, and goals — because life in Battersea is busy and gym guilt is unnecessary.
Where are personal training sessions held in Battersea?
Sessions can be at a private studio, local gym, park, or even online. Just let your trainer know what works best for you.
What makes a women’s personal trainer different from a general trainer?
A women-focused trainer understands female anatomy, hormones, common movement concerns (like shoulder or lower back sensitivity), and designs programmes that respect your body — not force it into a cookie-cutter mould.
How much does personal training cost in Battersea?
Prices vary by package (single session vs block booking vs online/hybrid). Most trainers offer a 10 minute consultation so you can talk goals, scheduling, and budget before committing.Start Your
How do I choose the right personal trainer in Battersea?
Look for someone certified, experienced with women’s goals, a good communicator, and someone you actually like training with. Chemistry matters — workouts should feel doable, not daunting

If you’re ready to take ownership of your health and want someone who can support the process from multiple angles, Scott is a powerful ally.

Chakra rebalancing is a holistic practice rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, particularly within Hinduism and Buddhism. The concept of chakras refers to energy centers within the body, according to these belief systems. Chakra rebalancing aims to restore harmony and balance to these energy centers, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The term “chakra” comes from Sanskrit, meaning “wheel” or “disk,” and it represents spinning energy centers located along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. There are typically seven main chakras, each associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects:
Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, the root chakra is associated with survival, security, and grounding.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Situated in the lower abdomen, the sacral chakra governs creativity, sexuality, and emotions.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Found in the upper abdomen, the solar plexus chakra is linked to personal power, self-esteem, and confidence.
Heart Chakra (Anahata): Positioned in the center of the chest, the heart chakra governs love, compassion, and relationships.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat area, the throat chakra relates to communication, self-expression, and authenticity.
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Situated between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra is associated with intuition, insight, and imagination.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Positioned at the top of the head, the crown chakra represents spirituality, enlightenment, and connection to higher consciousness.
Each chakra is believed to influence specific physical organs, psychological functions, and spiritual qualities. When the flow of energy within these chakras becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical illness, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnection. Chakra rebalancing techniques, such as meditation, yoga, energy healing, and chakra-focused practices, aim to clear blockages and restore the smooth flow of energy throughout the body.
Here a true EXERCISE: Cleansing Your Chakras with Water
You can practice this exercise in the morning while in the shower, or in nature by a waterfall, a stream, or the ocean. Hold your left hand at the base of your spine, and with your right hand three or four inches above your pubic bone area, “feel” for your first chakra. You might feel it as a cool or tingling sensation. Spin the chakra counterclockwise imagine that your body is the face of the clock) three or four times, rotating your fingertips in a circle. Rinse your fingers in the water. This washes away the sludge and toxins that adhere to the walls of the chakra. Repeat for the second chakra, located two inches below your navel; for the third chakra at your solar plexus; for the fourth chakra at the level of your heart, in the center of your chest; for the fifth chakra at the hollow of your throat; for the sixth chakra at the center of your forehead; and finally for the seventh chakra at the top of your head. Make sure you rinse your fingers between rotations. Try to sense the dense energies, like cotton candy, of a chakra that is congested, in contrast with the tingling, light vibration of a clear chakra. Now go back to your first chakra, spinning it clockwise three or four times. Repeat for all seven chakras, balancing them and reestablishing their proper direction of spin. This exercise allows each chakra to spin at its optimal frequency, unencumbered by the sludge and stale energies that cause disease at a subtle level. / clean chakra is able to draw in the energies of nature to nourisk our luminous energy field and maintain optimal health.

Exercises you can do when you’ve got Lower Back Pain can be walking resistance, training, Swiss ball, training light tai chi or chi gone and sometimes Yoga and Pilates but yoga and Pilates may cause more pain because they’re not functional in Scots opinion
Should you rest and not exercise if you have Lower Back Pain?
This can be quite quite a complex question because many people that have Lower Back Pain that sit around for too long have more and if they don’t exercise and keep the body structure strong they start to lose muscle. They’ve even found if somebody has an operation and they have too long before they start exercising they get atrophy of the muscle, so it’s vitally important in Scots opinion to get back to exercise as soon as possible, but do it with supervision with somebody that has deep knowledge and understanding of anatomy physiology and how the body works So Scott advises his clients to get back to exercise as quick as possible with a corrective exercise program that will not hurt you. It will heal you.
So is better to move and not rest for too long. If the pain level is a 20 then yes rest, but if your pain level is a 10 or a five then you must get back to exercise.

And masses reduced the amount of exercises. Client has to do because lots of physios study at university and study more about pathology and drugs to give to people that are in pain not so much functional exercise but if your physio has great exercise knowledge, and exercising themselves and has a track record and will recommend a good PT or Chek Practitioner when you’re on your way to success.
