I can’t put into words how grateful I am. When I first came to you, I felt stuck, heavy, and unsure if I’d ever feel like myself again. You didn’t just help me with my healing — you held space for me, listened without judgment, and guided me with such kindness and care. Slowly, day by day, I started to feel lighter, stronger, and more at peace. You have truly helped heal parts of me I thought were broken forever. Thank you for your gift, your patience, and for being exactly what I needed. I recommend you to anyone looking for real, gentle, and meaningful support. Thank you again Scott 😃

Highly recommended – professional, holistic and deeply insightful
Scott is a rare kind of practitioner, combining deep expertise in posture correction and movement with a genuinely holistic approach that considers physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
I came to him for support with chronic postural imbalances and muscular tension, and left with a much clearer understanding of the root causes, plus a practical path forward. His insights into diet, stress, and lifestyle were equally valuable.
Scott is generous with his knowledge, honest in his guidance, and clearly committed to long-term results. I’m looking forward to working with him again in the future as my circumstances and journey evolve.
If you’re ready to take ownership of your health and want someone who can support the process from multiple angles, Scott is a powerful ally.

Metabolic Typing diet online for weight loss results guaranteed:
If you are already feeling good and eating well, the Metabolic Typing Diet online should, at the very least, help to maintain your energy level. But, if you feel worse in some way after eating and digesting, such as:
Feeling hungry even though you are physically full.
Chronic fatigue.
Developing a sweet craving.
Your energy level dropping.
Feeling hyper, nervous, angry, or irritable.
Feeling depressed.
Not being able to lose fat.
Not being able to focus.
Calorie counting.
… then, it might be due to an improper combination of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates at your last meal. You might be eating the perfect foods for your metabolism, but having too much of one type of food in place of another can easily produce the above symptoms.
Online Metabolic Typing Diet For Weight loss
About the online. Metabolic Typing Diet:
Everyone Has Their Own Unique Metabolic TypeOften, many individuals eat high-quality, nutritious foods and are still quite sick. They haven’t touched sugar or junk food in ages and still suffer from many health problems. There are several reasons for this, but one of the major ones is related to the idea of not eating appropriate foods for your specific metabolic type.
Metabolic Typing is a revolutionary system for optimising whole body health. Diet and nutritional supplements address the individual at a fundamental metabolic level, allowing for increased energy, weight loss, and greater disease resistance.
By conducting a series of simple tests, we can determine each individual’s Metabolic Type. This is the primary way in which your body produces and processes energy. Armed with this knowledge, anyone can knowingly select the foods and nutritional supplements tailored to their specific metabolism.
Many diets claim to promote energy and weight loss, but they only work effectively in the long term if they are compatible with your specific Metabolic Type. This explains why one person can lose weight on a particular diet while another might gain weight on the exact same diet! Not all foods and supplements are equally beneficial for all people. Metabolic Typing is the missing link that explains why one person’s food may literally be another person’s poison.
Metabolic Typing is the scientific methodology used to customise nutrition and is based on the fact that there is no universal diet that is healthy and suitable for all people. Anyone can use Metabolic Typing to find out exactly which foods are good for their health and those that are not. Metabolic Typing also identifies nutritional supplements that are best for you.
Online Metabolic Typing Diet For Weight loss
Using Metabolic Typing to determine what you need:
Through comprehensive computer analysis, Metabolic Typing interprets and understands body language, the body’s means of communicating its physical, mental, emotional, and behavioural characteristics, as well as its efficiency and homeostatic balance. Through this, individual, genetically-based nutritional requirements may be understood and applied.
Metabolic Typing explains why a given diet/nutritional therapy works for one patient, has little or no effect on another, and can worsen a third. Metabolic Typing explains why two people with the same disease require biochemically opposite approaches to get well, further revealing why there will never be one diet that is right for everyone. Metabolic Typing thus explains how someone can eat organic foods, take the best supplements that money can buy, exercise regularly, sleep well, and still not feel their absolute best.
These answers, and many, many more, may be found in The Healthexcel System of Metabolic Typing that is based on 25 years of research in the exciting field of customised nutrition through Metabolic Typing and its determination of individual metabolic requirements.
The Metabolic Typing Diet is based on the understanding that although there are tens of thousands of biochemical reactions that take place in our bodies every day, they all fall under the control of only a few Fundamental Homeostatic Controls. The Healthexcel System of Metabolic Typing recognises 9 such control mechanisms and uses them to evaluate and determine each person’s unique Metabolic Type. Importantly, every food and nutrient has specific effects on these Fundamental Controls. For this reason, not knowing one’s Metabolic Type makes it impossible to know which foods or nutrients are best for each person.

1. Organic products meet stringent standards. Organic certification is the public’s assurance that products have been grown and handled according to strict procedures without persistent toxic chemical inputs. When you see that a product has been Certified Organic (Quality Assurance International), you can rest assured that the product, its ingredients and the manufacturer have gone through a thorough investigation.
2. Organic food tastes great! It’s common sense — well-balanced soils grow strong healthy plants that taste great. Try an organic orange or vine-ripened tomato for a sweet and juicy flavour treat.and it 40 % better for you.
3. Organic production reduces health risks. Many EPA-approved pesticides were registered long before extensive research linked these chemicals to cancer and other diseases. Now, the EPA considers 60% of all herbicides (weed killers), 90% of all fungicides (mould killers), and 30% of all insecticides (insect killers) as potentially cancer-causing. Organic farming keeps harmful chemicals and pesticides out of the food we eat and beverages we drink. It also prohibits the use of antibiotics in animal feed, which are routinely used in conventional farming and is known to create dangerous antibiotic-resistant pathogens. Organic farms also benefit the farm workers who have high exposure to chemicals and synthetic pesticides.
4. Organic farms respect our water sources. The elimination of polluting chemicals and nitrogen leaching, done in combination with soil building, protects and conserves water resources. Organic farming reduces toxic farming runoff and pollutants that contaminate our water, soil and air.
Organic farmers London
5. Organic farmers build soil. Soil is the foundation of the food chain and the primary focus of organic farming. We’re facing the worst topsoil erosion in history due to our current agricultural practice of chemical intensive, mono-crop farming.
6. Organic farmers work in harmony with nature. Organic agriculture respects the balance demanded of a healthy ecosystem: wildlife is an essential part of a total farm and is encouraged by including forage crops in rotation and by retaining fence rows, wetlands, and other natural areas.
7. Organic producers are leaders in innovative research. Organic farmers have led the way, largely at their own expense, with innovative on-farm research aimed at reducing pesticide use and minimizing agriculture’s impact on the environment. Organic farming is better for the environment, better for business, more energy efficient and makes better tasting fruit than conventional methods and most integrated production systems, according to the research conducted at Washington State University. (Natural Foods Merchandiser, June 2001)
8. Organic producers strive to preserve diversity. The loss of a large variety of species (biodiversity) is one of our most pressing environmental concerns. The good news is that many organic farmers and gardeners have been collecting and preserving seeds, and growing unusual varieties for decades.
10. Organic abundance – Foods and non-foods alike! Now every food category has an organic alternative. And non-food agricultural products are being grown organically – even cotton, which most experts felt could not be grown organically
11. Remember you are what you eat and you are when you eat
12. Eating organic will slow down your ageing and much fewer toxins in the body as you eat food with no pesticide or chemical eating why god like to.it the best way to keep healthy.

What Happens When You Exercise?
Regular exercise increases vigor and promotes a general sense of well-being. If done in moderation, it can help relieve the effects of stress and has been linked to a decrease in psychological depression.
Regular exercise produces positive physical results like increased muscular strength and endurance, more efficient heart and respiratory functioning, and greater flexibility.
These positive physical changes occur as the body gradually adapts to the greater demands put on it by regular exercise. The body improves its functioning to meet the challenges placed on it.
Conditioning involves three steps or phases:
Tearing Down Phase – When one pushes the physical limits Recovery Phase – Important for the rebuilding phase and to obtain the full benefits of a conditioning program, and Buildup Phase – When the system adapts to the new demands placed on it.
Sport Massage London with Scott Bryant.
The ‘tearing down’ phase of the adaptation process often involves stiffness and soreness, especially when the amount of movement is significantly increased from what the body has been used to in the past.
Delayed muscle soreness (24-48 hours after exercise) may be caused by any of a number of different factors. Some possible causes are minor muscle or connective tissue damage, local muscle spasms that reduce blood flow, or a build-up of waste products (metabolites) from energy production.
Trigger points or stress points may also cause muscle soreness and decreased flexibility. These points are specific spots in muscle and tendons which cause pain when pressed, and which may radiate pain to a larger area. They are not bruises but are thought by some to be small areas of spasm. Trigger points may be caused by sudden trauma (like falling or being hit) or may develop over time from the stress and strain of heavy physical exertion or from repeated use of a particular muscle.
Heavily exercised muscles may also lose their capacity to relax, causing chronically tight (hypertonic) muscles, and loss of flexibility. Lack of flexibility is often linked to muscle soreness, and predisposes you to injuries, especially muscle pulls and tears. Blood flow through tight muscles is poor (ischemia), which also causes pain.
Each sport and athletic event uses muscle groups in a different way. Sports massage therapists must be familiar with each muscle, the muscle groups and how they are affected by the specific movements and stresses of each sport. They also are trained in the appropriate uses of hydrotherapy and cryotherapy.
Traditional western (e.g. Swedish) message is currently the most common approach used for conditioning programs. It is frequently supplemented by other massage therapy approaches including deep tissue, trigger point work, and acupressure. Some massage therapists have special training in sports massage and greater experience working with athletes.
Sports massage therapy frequently includes the use of one or more of the following techniques:
Deep Swedish Massage Battersea Muscle-specific applications of the standard effleurage, petrissage, vibration, and tapotement techniques.
Compression Massage Rhythmic compression into muscles used to create a deep hyperemia and softening effect in the tissues. It is generally used as a warm-up for deeper, more specific massage work.
Cross-Fiber Friction techniques applied in a general manner to create a stretching and broadening effect in large muscle groups; or on site-specific muscle and connective tissue, deep transverse friction applied to reduce adhesions and to help create strong, flexible repair during the healing process.
Trigger Point/Tender Point Massage London Combined positioning and specific finger or thumb pressure into trigger/tender points in muscle and connective tissue, to reduce the hypersensitivity, muscle spasms and referred pain patterns that characterize the point. Left untreated, such trigger/tender points often lead to restricted and painful movement of entire body regions.
Lymphatic London Stimulation of specialized lymphatic-drainage pathways, which improves the body¹s removal of edemas and effusion.
The Benefits of Sports Massage London
Regular sports massage can:
• reduce the chance of injury, through proper stretching and event preparation, and through deep tissue massage; • improve range of motion and muscle flexibility, resulting in improved power and performance; • shorten recovery time between workouts; • maximize the supply of nutrients and oxygen through increased blood flow; • enhance elimination of metabolic by-products of exercise.
How Does Massage Help?
Recovery. Therapeutic massage helps the body recover from the stresses of strenuous exercise, and facilitates the rebuilding phase of conditioning. The physiological benefits of massage include improved blood and lymph circulation, muscle relaxation, and general relaxation. These, in turn, lead to the removal of waste products and better cell nutrition, normalization and greater elasticity of tissues, deactivation of trigger points, and faster healing of injuries. It all adds up to relief from soreness and stiffness, better flexibility, and less potential for future injury.
In addition to general recovery, may also focus on specific muscles used in a sport or fitness activity. For example, areas of greater stress for runners and dancers are in the legs, for swimmers in the upper body, for tennis players in the arms. These areas are more likely to be tight, lose flexibility, and develop trigger points.
Over-training. Adequate recovery is also a major factor in avoiding the over-training syndrome. Over-training is characterized by irritability, apathy, altered appetite, increased the frequency of injury, increased resting heart rate, and/or insomnia. It occurs when the body is not allowed to recover adequately between bouts of heavy exercise. Therapeutic massage helps you avoid over-training by facilitating recovery through general relaxation, and its other physiological effects.

In creating a unique workout system that focuses on looking at every aspect of health and wellbeing, from what you eat, how you breathe and how the gut works, Scott Bryant is renowned through the world of celebrities and professional sportsmen and women for ‘achieving results’.
T to talk C.H.E.K, nutrition, celebrities, and magnetic therapy shaman healing,
At what age did you become interested in holistic medicine, health, and fitness?
You are an integrative, holistic C.H.E.K Practitioner. Can you explain what exactly a C.H.E.K Practitioner is?
C.H.E.K practitioner is someone who cares deeply about health and wellness, inside and outside of the body. We have to train and study hard for about 6 years learning everything about the body, we go deeper than most personal trainers and look into everything from diet, lifestyle, metabolic type, posture, hormone imbalance, even gut worms! (Which, by the way, most people have and don’t even realise) We also look into the spiritual, mental and emotional side of the body, mapping out everything until we find out where the pain is coming from, so we can cure it.
In what ways is your approach to training and fitness goals, that incorporate various wellbeing elements, including diet, mental fitness, emotional control, posture and holistic therapy, more effective in achieving fitness goals than simply working out down the gym every day?
We treat everyone as individuals! Everyone is unique, feels different, looks different, is different and one program that works for one, certainly won’t work for another. We ensure that all programs are tailor-made to each individual. When we take a client on, we care immensely about them and want them to achieve their goals as much as they do.
Many sports professionals and celebrities, such as Jennifer Lopez, are reported to be fans of your approach to weight loss and fitness goals. Why do you think your method is so appealing to sports professionals and celebrities?
Once a person looks into the C.H.E.K system and starts a program, there’s absolutely no going back, your total outlook and lifestyle will change – for the best.
Also, I think it’s because of the love and passion I show my clients and the support I give as well as our in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, we look deeper into the body than most others. I always make sure my clients receive a 4 Hr body and movement assessment plus a 20-day holistic diet and lifestyle program. I think it also helps that we have taken years to train and continuously are working and studying to better ourselves.
We don’t promise that a celebrity or any client will change their bodies, lose fat etc. overnight however we do promise that they WILL change their lives forever by doing a C.H.E.K program.
What does your day’s nutritional intake typically consist of?
I usually have breakfast at around 6 am and I always eat meat – I don’t mean sausages and pre-packed bacon which are filled with additives and flavorings etc.! I’m talking about steak, lamb chops, chicken breast etc.! I add good fat to the meal, like butter and always have veg, like broccoli or carrots!
I snack on an apple and nuts about 2 hours after breakfast. Nuts are amazing for the body and full of essential oils.
Lunch, I have meat again, but what kind depends on breakfast. I ALWAYS stick to the same meat that I have had in the morning for lunch and dinner. So if I had lamb for breakfast, I’ll have lamb for lunch and dinner. Again I will eat more veg and good fats with the meal. Dinner will be similar to lunch and breakfast.
I also snack on bananas and more nuts and for a treat, I will have some raw, dark chocolate. It’s also essential to drink lots and lots of water.
And finally….Have you ever used, or would consider using, magnetic therapy as a means of overcoming injuries and medical conditions, as well as promoting wellbeing?
I haven’t used magnetic therapy, yet, however, I would certainly be interested to see how it works and how it can help reduce pain etc. however, as with everything I use and recommend, I would have to research the science behind it first.
Stress Management is an unavoidable part of life. While some stress is normal and even necessary, too much of it can affect your quality of life and your health. Expressing your feelings

Here are some tips for sports injury rehabilitation recover:
Follow your rehabilitation plan: Stick to the rehabilitation plan provided by your physical therapist or athletic trainer. This plan is designed to help you recover and prevent re-injury.
Be patient: Recovery takes time, and progress may be slow at first. Be patient with yourself and trust the process.
Communicate with your therapist/trainer: Keep your therapist/trainer informed about any pain or discomfort you are experiencing. This will help them adjust your treatment plan as needed.

say that 90% of athletes overtrain. if you look at footballers they’re on the pitch for about 90 minutes, and then may be going from game to game. as well as doing the training for the game football. this is where an overuse injury can come in or may have a flexibility issue in quads hamstrings and calves, but I think it’s fundamentally it terrible program design. and a lot of physios and personal trainers do you not understand program exercise design. in physiological load in the body and how the stress that you’re under in your life may cause you to have an injury. so let’s say you’re going through a divorce, and you can’t sleep at night but then you’re going to the gym 6 days week with your sport of golf tennis rugby, and you’re smashing it to let go of the stress. what you’re really doing is stressing your body out more Unfortunately physios don’t look at this deep enough because of the amount of clients they see each day that arrange it if you look at marathon runners and bodies are not designed to run for the amount of duration that a marathon runner may do a muscle strong don’t weight training to keep the muscle The elite in football rugby golf and tennis I like many bodybuilders because I know keeping the muscle strong keeps the ligaments joints and tendons strong which then reduces whether they will get injured or not I’ve worked with 300 clients and I found that the clients the exercise four days a week for a month and then have a week off Have much better results than the athlete that he keeps Pushing harder and harder to then get the result of a bad injury I found working with many clients’ alignment and good strength really pays off so you don’t have to spend lots of money seeing the physio chiropractor or osteopath.
